THE MARTINI

RECIPE
[per person]
3 Shots of Oxford Rye Vodka
1 Shot of Mulassano Extra Dry Vermouth
A Lemon or an Olive or 3 caperberries
Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add a handfull of ice to your cocktail shaker or mixing jug.
2. Pour in, using your jigger, 1 measure of Vermouth
3. Pour in 3 measures of Vodka
4. Put the lid on and shake until the shaker is frosted
Or
Stir 50 times clockwise and 50 times counterclockwise
[this is important in order to achieve the correct dilution]
5. Strain into your cooled Martini glass
6. Cut a twist of lemon, squeeze this over your glass. 
Then rub around the rim before placing in the drink
Or
Skewer a fresh olive OR 3 caperberries on a skewer and place in the drink
7. Enjoy
